Frequently Asked Questions

Yes – just edit the box relating to number of users when you reach the purchase form. ESOS Auditor is priced at £600 per organisation for an annual licence that includes one user. You can add additional users at £120 per additional user.
No – for security of data ESOS Auditor only allows one organisation tree to be set up per account. However, the same person can be given access to different ESOS Auditor accounts. For example two different organisations can add the same ESOS Auditor as a user to their system and set access levels as they wish accordingly.
This is up to individual organisations to decide. Whoever purchases the licence is given Account Owner status and has complete control over system set up, users invited, data stored and access levels given.
No worries, please contact us at sales@iesve.com and we can set these up for you.

Yes, in 2016 and beyond you can choose to access your data for only £10/month (£120 per year with 1 user access). For this you can keep a completed data set on the site to access anytime, but without the ability to edit it. A requirement of ESOS is that you must keep your evidence pack for the compliance period to which it relates and the two subsequent compliance periods. As each compliance period is 4 years, this can be as long as 12 years.
Yes in 2016 and beyond this will be possible.
